These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ViralTrove’s website and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralTrove (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or lost profits, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
• Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (if any).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your rights under these Terms immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ViralTrove operates (e.g. Florida, USA) or as otherwise determined by us.
• Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by applicable law, or in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise or modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of those changes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
